We respect your right to privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data from our "Place to Be - discover events" application. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below:

Conditions for "Place To Be - discover events" Account Deletion

  1. Identity Verification: For security reasons, we require you to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This may involve answering some security questions or confirming your request via the email address associated with your account.

  2. Data Deletion: Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of all personal data associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to, your profile information, transaction history, messages, and any other data linked to your account.

  3. Processing Time: Your deletion request will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receiving the verified request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible.

  4. Consequences of Deletion: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and the associated data will be permanently lost. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
