At the top right of the screen, Cyclops displays the current weather, giving you data from the weather station closest to your location. The time slot is indicated to the left of the temperature for the start, and to the right of the temperature for the end. By pressing the weather dial a second time, Cyclops will give you the weather forecast for the next 6 hours. Just select the weather dial again to return to the current weather conditions.
